Welcome to The Summit Property Owners Association. We are a community nestled in the mountains of Sautee Nacoochee, GA.

This website is a valuable tool for all property owners to connect with the community and stay informed with the latest announcements. Please take a few minutes to register and familiarize yourself with all the resources on this website, and we encourage all current residents and new property owners to register on it. All property owners must register on the website in order to access all the valuable content and maintain privacy.

First, let's address privacy. Your contact details are not public or able to be accessed by any homeowner. The contact details are necessary for smooth operations of the HOA, effective delivery of community updates, and in case of an emergency, providing board members with the ability to contact the property owners quickly. This is a standard industry practice.

The website, besides being a repository of information, is put in place to provide a cost-effective way to bring the community together, enable the property owners to keep abreast of the current happenings, future events, access bylaws, road grading schedules, and provides a place to submit complaints (don't forget the compliments) to the board members, etc. It also provides ready answers to the most frequent questions property owners have in the FAQ section.
